Please carefully read the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") to ensure that you understand and agree to them. These Terms apply to your use of the Application, and if you do not agree to these Terms, please do not continue using the Application.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Application.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on your device. You may not:

Subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period, and the fee will be the same as your initial subscription plan. Upon successful payment, the subscription period will extend by one billing cycle.
To cancel your renewal, please perform the action at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Steps to cancel: Go to [Settings] from the Home page -> Tap on [iTunes Store and App Store] -> Tap on [Apple ID], select [View Apple ID] -> [Account Settings] -> Tap on [Subscriptions], and choose to cancel your monthly or annual subscription.
This application may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial period, if you do not cancel the subscription, the system will automatically charge you according to the subscription plan you selected.
Once the subscription fee is paid, it is generally non-refundable. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support through your Apple account. Please follow Apple's refund policy and procedures for your request. Some information can be found in the request a refund for apps or content purchased from Apple.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect in the next subscription period, and you will be notified before the change. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

The Application and its content (including but not limited to text, images, logos, icons, and software) are the property of FlexiCalc or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute the content for any commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The Application is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor are we liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Application.
In no event shall FlexiCalc or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Application.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Application at our discretion. If you violate any of these Terms, your license to use the Application will immediately terminate.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Please review these Terms regularly to ensure you understand the latest version.
