Do I have to sign up to use FlexiCalc?
No. You can enter calculations, edit, switch pages, and export images without signing in.
You only need to sign in for account features such as sync, real-time sync, or account deletion.
I got a new phone. Is my membership still available?
Usually, you need to sign in with the same purchase account on the new device, then restore purchases or recheck the purchase status in the app. The exact process depends on your platform's store rules.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In most cases, cancel it from the subscription management page of the platform where you subscribed, such as Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions on iPhone.

Which devices are supported?
- iPhone with iOS 15 or later
- iPad with iPadOS 15 or later
- Mac with macOS 12 or later
Can I use FlexiCalc without internet?
Yes. Core features such as calculation, editing, dragging, and page management do not depend on internet access.
Internet access mainly affects:
- Sign-in
- Sync
- Restoring purchases
- Online templates or online services
Sync and backup
How do I sync data across devices?
Sign in to the same account on each device, then go to Settings -> Account and turn on the sync options.
Based on the current interface labels, Auto Sync and Real-time Sync have Pro badges.
How do I back up my data?
- Use account sync to keep data in the cloud
- Export
.flexicalcfiles and keep them yourself
What is a .flexicalc file?
It is FlexiCalc's calculation page file format. It is useful for:
- Manual backup
- Moving pages between devices
- Sending a page to another FlexiCalc user for editing
Usage
Why are some numbers light gray?
Those are preview results. While you are still entering a formula, FlexiCalc shows an estimated result in a lighter style so you can check the formula early.
What is the difference between image export and file export?
- Image export: best for sharing and presentation
- File export: best for backup and continued editing
How should I organize many pages?
Use these together:
- Split work into multiple calculation pages by topic
- Save repeated structures as templates
- Switch complex single pages to Free Layout
How do I open the calculation page list?
There are two common ways:
- Tap the page icon in the toolbar
- Swipe left from the right edge of the screen to pull out the page sidebar
If you only want to switch pages quickly, you can also swipe the top title left or right.
How do I choose between Vertical Layout and Free Layout?
- If you calculate step by step from top to bottom, choose Vertical Layout.
- If you want to arrange multiple groups of formulas in different areas, choose Free Layout.
What does Privacy Screen do?
When enabled, FlexiCalc tries to avoid exposing the current page directly in the app switcher. This is useful for budgets, quotes, and other sensitive calculations.
