Quick Start

If a regular calculator feels like a dead end once you finish a calculation, FlexiCalc gives you more room to work. It keeps calculations, notes, edits, and reusable pages together, so you can change numbers later instead of starting over.

Get familiar with the home screen

• The top area gives you quick access to undo, the keyboard, export, templates, pages, and settings.
• The center is your calculation page, where you can edit old numbers, drag content, and add notes.
• The keyboard sits at the bottom and can be hidden when you need more space.

You do not need to memorize every button first. Start with these three actions.

1. Enter a calculation

Type numbers and operators on the home screen. FlexiCalc shows the result as you type. Before you press equals, you can already see a light preview result.

This is useful when you want to:

• Check whether a formula is going in the right direction
• See an estimated result before finishing the full expression

2. Edit one number later

The main advantage of FlexiCalc is that you can edit an old number without recalculating the whole page.

For example, you can calculate total income, subtract expenses, and get the remaining balance. If the income changes later, edit that number directly and the related results update with it.

When a page starts to grow, you can also add:

• Labels: turn 3000 into "Rent 3000"
• Connection lines: see which numbers a result depends on
• Result formats: use # to adjust separators, decimals, or localized number display

3. Organize the page

When one page starts covering several topics, organize it before it becomes hard to scan. FlexiCalc gives you three practical options:

• Calculation pages: split different topics into separate pages
• Templates: save a reusable structure and start from it next time
• Export: export an image for sharing, or export a .flexicalc file for backup and migration
